Type Class Description here:

Bells, Balls & Bikes – Spinning intervals with 10 minute segments of kettle bells and balls

Total Insanity –High powered cardio drills combined with boxing, spinning and intense cross training

Basic Step N Pump – Beginner level class with weights added in

Power Body Sculpt – Vigorous non stop sculpting. A workout for the entire body to shape lean muscle and       rev up your metabolism.

Zumba – Interval fitness training and resistance training with a dance flair.

 Zumba II – A little more advance , lots of dance choreography

Body Pump –A group personal training system using a weighted bar with varying amounts of weight

Interval Power Hour –High intensity interval cardio w/aerobics and step

Yoga I – gentle level classes  Yoga II – moderate level classes  Yoga III – Take your body to the next level.

 Classes that will challenge you and will often be held in heated surroundings.  Increase strength, flexibility and well being.

Total Insanity – High powered cardio drills combined w/boxing, spinning and intense cross training

Spin Sanity –spinning intervals combined with alternating segments of body weighted bootcamp moves.

Clean Lift – A multi-level weight lifting class that includes some strong basic moves, pyramid training, super sets and more…..
